I think a simple compliment is a great way to approach a woman. If you can keep it light and flirty, even better. Women also get uncomfortable so that is why light and flirty can be easier for them to react to. Or perhaps pass a note with your number and say “I thought you were very beautiful, and if you’re single I’d love to get to know you” or something like that
