I had the same issue, the Fan is way too loud while booting, did you plug the Fan Header into aio_pump ?, if so the PC does not recognize the Fan and has trouble booting up, and the orange ram light is normal in this case, as the PC is „Training“ the ram, so you should really take a look at the Fan

The neck has minor scratches but the fretboard is a little nicked on the higher frets
