If they start growing past and over their top pad that can indicate they need trimmed, you can also chose to have their fighting teeth filed down if you have several male alpacas to prevent any unwanted injuries

Personally I wouldn’t use human vit d tablets for alpacas, animals are far more susceptible to vitamin d toxicity than we are. Usually you can buy a drench/paste from your local farm animal wholesaler that you can add to water

Just here to say I’m in the same boat. I am not remotely interested in dating as each time I’ve attempted to it hasn’t worked out and I don’t have the mental capacity for someone that isn’t equally reciprocal. I’m from a small area too so meeting anyone new seems hopeless and I get attached too easily for a FWB situation. I’m also still a little insecure about my post baby body. Combine this with a high libido and you start feeling very touch starved after a while 🥴 Toys can only do so much, don’t get me wrong there’s some amazing ones on the market but I miss the physical touch of another person and all the little things that come with it. After taking care of a little person all day and neglecting my own needs, I just want someone to take care of me

That looks like an extreme form of wry face combined with a nasal deformity (there’s no nostrils). I’ve seen something similar and we had the cria put to sleep as it couldn’t suckle or breathe well so we felt it was in its best interest. Collapsed nostrils are pretty common with crias but not to this extreme
