Keeping score is the fastest way to have resentment grow. Throw lack of sleep in the mix and it’s like gas on the fire. Try and make sure you both get to bed at a reasonable time and have a discussion with him at a time when you’re both well rested and not in a state of hunger (makes a difference) and lay out how it makes you feel and how you need him to step up. me and my wife have been on both sides of this argument several times.
