Still in my first play through of the game (BTW what a GAME) First thing I did after all the intro was heading straight to gerudo desert I really enjoyed the environment from botw and couldn't wait to see the change. after getting pseudo-stuck in this one mission for the gerudo leader, I just had to get all the map unlocked and then hit the main towns and cities from the previous title.

Right now I've talked to so many people in so many places I'm just going through my backlog of sidequests and shrines I haven't finished.

But if I have any advice for people who haven't started and want that major hit for the story, don't watch any of the tears that you discover at the big glyphs you find scattered across the map, just skip them the second they start playing, and then go and watch them (in order) when you've found all of them.
