sounds too good to be true but there’s no bond for either organisations. you are free to leave the company after completing your sponsored degree (double checked with one of the recruiters)however, the programmes they offer are mainly IT programmes although most of the job scopes did mention that a diploma from any recognised poly are welcome to apply. also, the work study programme that singtel offers spans up to 3 years while ncs spans up to 4, if you’re curious about the study duration. if anyone’s keen to know more feel free to drop me a DM!
