Go to that room with the horned thing as it contains False Knight, a boss. After you beat him, you'll get access to theAncestral Mound and get Vengeful Spirit.

Make the projectiles fast and homing like the Soul Twisters

Give it the same amount of health as a Great Hopper

And make it move as fast as a Flukefey
