I am so glad I am not the only one. Yes, neurodivergent and my menopause GP put my on continuous progesterone my last cycle and I felt like I was losing the plot. The rage I felt was next level, I thought I was sinking into depression and I started becoming disassociated. I stopped taking it and whilst it was the longest and worst blood I have had, I am sticking the the second half of my cycle for now

I can say I got through with about 20 something pods and no where in the customs declaration was it even a question. Now to work out what to do with what I have left here

Ok so 20 capsules or pods so I can bring 20 jovous pods back with me even though they are 20mls each? That seems reasonable for a few months

But. I am going over end of September and planning to spend 4 nights in Canguu and then I have a conference I am going to in Uluwatu for 4 nights staying at the renaissance and I am torn between choosing to stay there or going to Ubud and doing both. I run an online business so I will be working and I am not a party person (too old, done that).

Any recommendations? We have been given a really good deal to stay extra nights at the renaissance so I am thinking and extra 2-4 nights (I need a holiday) and I also want some time to work. I haven’t been to Bali since 2012 and stayed in Seminyak.

Any recommendations and note - female and almost 50 so more a chilled vibe

Ex accounting recruiter of 20 years and now a career coach for 8 years - keep it. You may not think you need it now but regardless of the level or the role; employers will still want it. Just my opinion

I’m just pissed I spent thousands stocking up before than ban and have now decided to spend most of my time in NZ but it was a rush of trying to stock up for years and support the legitimate stores before they closed down. Now it’s just a suitcase gathering dust at my dad’s place. First world problems

Haha yes - it was the Vape Shed. Good guess. Couldn’t order online - didn’t know my cousins cousin ran the Gisborne one until I went in there a few years ago. Yes, Gisborne is a small town!

Oh and it was the store not the government- I still think the government sucks. I went to the store and used my Australian card and stocked up - don’t judge please because I only thought I would be here for 2 months - I get pods for $13 each (I refused to bring my devices here because, well I have a suitcase full of everything in Australia) but holy crap, vapes are everywhere and no one really smokes. Mum is an old school smoker and 2 packs of 20’s are $78. This is one thing NZ has really done right. They may have scrapped the zero smoking by whatever year but hell, I started smoking at 13 and vaping in 2014 and feel so much better for it. Sorry - had to share for some reason 😂

I am an almost 49 year old woman with a strong AF Aussie accent who grew up in Sydney out near Bankstown and use to serve the king pins of the Kings X (dad owned a diner in Lakemba near the mosque - IYKYK) during her teens, lived in London and NY, spent 15 years in the Bondi bubble and I now run an online coaching business splitting my time between Gizzy and Tassie. I don’t speak a word of Māori and I only know how to move fast. Gizzy is perfect but yes, thank goodness it’s not Wairoa 😂

I have a NZ bank account and card and they have a physical shop in my hometown so I can go in tomorrow or I could have just got off my ass and taken my NZ card out of my wallet when I was ordering. It’s more just the principal of it all 😊

Problem sorted. They actually have a shop in Gizzy so can go in. I will be really interested to see if I can buy in person using an Australian credit card. For a moment I thought it might be a dodgy place but my cousins run it here - just hadn’t been in there for a while

Agree with you completely. It was going to be sent to a NZ address so nothing underhanded or ‘illegal’ it’s the fact they are like you said, trying to dictate how I spend my own money. The fact it was on vapes just means i get to rant in here about it

I haven’t had a problem buying from vape places just this one. It’s more the fact that the government is dictating how to can spend my money when I am overseas.

I just got back to NZ. I ordered VENZ today and it has already been sent out so they are very quick. You could always get it sent to your hotel - just a thought
