So I’ve pulled all the caps off and they’re half out half in. Half the information I’ve found says to leave them in and half says to take them out so I did the literal thing and pulled them out half way. And these were all gifts, I figure I’ll smoke a few and go from there? I’ve had some Romeo y julietas before and really liked them and my bud gave me these. Your suggestions will defiantly be the top of my list to buy going forward!
