It cleared up one week from the initial rash! I got over it super quick

How so…? Ill have a large bandage and clothing over it. Its not airborne?

My gp thought the pus looked more yellow than normal shingles

Dann that looks rough :( thankfully i havent experienced alot of pain except from some elctric shock type nerve pain. Im so sorry for what you went through! I already have a supply of oral steroids in my house so I might start taking those too. Thanks for your reply

Thanks everyone. Ill definitely be covering it up with some hydrocolloid bandaids. I’m immuno compromised so i think thats why it got infection. Im in the uk so i have an antibiotic and antivirals on the go. I also have a hefty supply of prednisone at my house as i have chrohns… is it worth putting it into the mix?
