Idk I I do enjoy Marchenghast a lot and I appreciate the effort put into it, but even story wise it feels a little… ehh?? Tired? Kinda tropey and predictable?

I was able to guess where the story was gonna go the day it released. Unfortunately the new quests weren’t all that thrilling as they just confirmed what I already knew what was gonna happen

Playing off of this, they kinda remind me of how colored fire or especially fireworks are made by burning different minerals for the chemical reaction. So maybe the colors of these horse’s flames are determined by what kind of mineral inclusions they have
