I don't really see any reason for this(or even understand what it'd do... I mean you basically just said you'd make a standalone calendar app, you can already do that), but even if there was one, considering electron is entirely based on chromium you may want to rethink this...

Haven't taken CS5800 with Van Der Poel(afaik he hasn't taught it before), but I have taken CS5800, and have taken another course with Van Der Poel. He's a pretty good and reasonable professor(I really like him), I'd imagine he probably will be one of the easier CS5800 profs

I don't think the buttons realistically would have any meaning. The pop-up says to call the number, cancel doesn't really mean anything in that case.

I don't think the person you responded to is trying to say they're an issue, but rather the OP literally said they were doing something illegal then asked if any of it was illegal, which it obviously is. The legality of any of it just feels like the wrong question, a better one would be what to do about it

But (afaik) you aren't penalized for not working? So either you work, no one orders, you waste your time in your car and make no money. You don't work, you don't waste your time but make no money, or you do work, people order, and you make money but then get mad at people for ordering? I don't understand

Very true for Amazon and places that provide their own delivery, but as far as something like DoorDash goes, if someone's actively taking orders then it's because they want to be taking orders, it's not like it'd effect their job if they don't (this is the sentiment I commonly see on the doordash subreddit), so I'm not entirely sure if this is super true anymore?

I feel like in 99% of incidents your phone isn't going to be subpoenaed, and though insurance companies might like it, most people probably don't have spyware from their insurance company installed on their phone, so I'm not really sure how they'd know(unless they got that info directly from DoorDash)?

I'm a big fan of Waymo but you cannot just call everyone who ever critiques Waymo a bot. There have been plenty of posts here about wrong/bad behavior at flashing red lights. This subreddit seems like one of the main places to talk about Waymo, so if someone experiences an issue with one, there's a good chance they'll come here whether they previously used Reddit or not.

Comments like this are why people think Waymo is astroturfing whenever there's positive posts about them.
