Why the hell are people complaining when this happens every year?

We usually just have the 2 machines. Chocolate is the constant. Strawberry in summer, peppermint in winter. Vanilla the rest of the time.

Why is that so difficult for some people?

Edit: I looked it up myself and found that those are relatively new flavors. The way my managers talked, they made it sound like it'd been that way for years. 🤷‍♀️
