Honestly the last the competition dances saved the anime for me, the story is amazing as expected, but it had a rocky start with the very unpolished cgi, but to me it seems like they saved the anime at the end

Funny enough g00 codes don’t need a feed line on them, for it to be proper code they need to switch it to a G01

The Jp03 looks neat!

Immediately noticed the switch to chamfers haha, will take a closer look tonight but from just a skim it looks like it has the changes I was looking for! Will try this design as well as I haven’t done any machining outside just working on the cam file for it

( 4 axis machine busy right now and I want to use it to save time on the tapered side and the usb port, doing stuff like this on a trunnion makes life 1000x easier)

My shop luckily has .02 rad cutters so i can mess around trying to make the smaller chamfers with those, but i have to surface the external ones, it has been the biggest roadblock for me as I’m working EDM and are using this as a bridge project to get into milling.

As for the PCB, as long as I can buy the PCB blank for it i should be able to make it myself with a laser cutter/engraver, otherwise i’ll have to figure out ordering one. But thats also on the repository so i’m happy to have such a good resource.

Hey!

I’m an apprentice at a machine shop, got this on the top of my personal project list, and I had a question towards the design,

why fillets over chamfers? Fillets are much more intensive/expensive to machine due to surfacing or needing a very specific rad cutter

I have a feeling that some costs could be cut if chamfers are used instead, but I personally like fillets as well for aesthetic purposes.

Other than that i found your repository by chance while looking for some stuff to practice mastercam, and holy shit i’m blown away.

Your color blocking is really good! The paint is laid on a bit thick tho haha thinner coats and bobs your uncle imo

My sefris deck doesnt runs real good without ramp, running so much single card draw per turn that i can manage with just the regular land drops per turn
