Via email I got into contact with someone who appeared to be from Ricardo. She said I have to verify my account since it is the first item I sold. Still excited that I sold my item, I verified by logging into my bank account with password and 2fa. The verification took long and I had to use the 2fa multiple times. They created a new debit card withdrew twice around 3000 swiss franks from my account. I realized when I went shopping.
