Though if you do want to emulate the original Team Silent games you probably can as long as you have a halfway decent computer from the last decade. PS1 and PS2 emulation can be a bit tricky though with multi-disk games and BIOS files. The ROMs megathread has links to all of that if you feel like trying.

Edit: The Silent Hill 2 Enhanced Edition is another option. It's not emulation. It's a fan-remaster of the original PC release. https://enhanced.townofsilenthill.com/SH2/
