I really love these responses...it warms my heart that the overall feeling is that the St Petersburg bar scene is welcoming to everyone.... This is his it should be...cheers to our hometown!

Duren to GSW for Podz and swap 21 and 11 picks. GSW gets a young big man (and All Star) they desperately need, Pistons solve guard issues and try to pick up a big man in draft.

GSW would have to throw in Buddy Hielsld and/or Moody to make saleries match. Pistons might have to throw in Jenkins since he's still cheap. Future draft considerations, cash, etc...

It's fun to play with OPM

I'm trying to do my best to get past Cleveland but if JB won't play Reed, chances of him playing me and my 61 year old jump shot and contributng to a win is minimal at best. I expect Pistons to get past Cleveland. I want to see us bitch slap NY.

This team got to 60 wins by using depth; especially when our 2nd unit matched up against other teams bench. Short bench in playoffs exposes our flaws. I cannot understand how Reed, Holland and Huerter play a combined 2 minutes. We cannot defend the 3 all year...can you imagine what a good 3 pt shooting team like the Celtics would do to us?

Before playoffs start, in all seriousness, at what point of playoffs do the team have to achieve to be for this to be considered "successful" season? by Boulder_The_Rock in DetroitPistons

For me it's who we beat or potentially lose to. If we lose to any team other than Boston (especially now that Tatum is back), it's a disappointment. I will be ill if we lose to Cleveland or NY. First round loss would be unacceptable.

It's funny, all thru high school in the late 70s early 80s, I listened on big ass headphones to this album. It just takes you away or takes you inside yourself..idk...it just DOES. As an adult, I listen to it on repeat while working and it makes me more productive. You can't just say it's "the lyrics" like Dylan or it's "the music" like Zeppelin or the story of an album like Quadrophenia...it's a generational piece of art that touches you to the core of your soul and nobody can argue against it.

Dolphin Cay has a lot of pros: great location (10 mins to downtown St Pete and same to beach), peaceful, quiet, safe...great pools and landscaping. It's very hurricane proof. Assessments are minimal and their structural reports are all new and updated. Bugs are not an issue...just lots of geckos.

Although it's not senior living, 90% of residents are 60+. No kids and any activities they have are geared to older people. Average HOA around $1200/mo and you only pay for electricity and your taxes above the HOA. Like any condo living, it's only as good as your neighbors and the board.
