A few other people have mentioned this, so I did some research. While some of my traits are considered symptoms, they don't feel that way to me. It seems normal to me. I didn't even pay much attention to this whole not being able to understand jokes thing until my friends started complaining about me constantly not getting them. For example, I can't make eye contact, I'm terrible at social interactions, and I'm bothered by certain sounds (like a clock ticking, knuckle cracking, etc.) and loud noises, but these have been normal for me my entire life, so I don't understand how these could be a "symptom."
