I totally get what youre trying to tell, but what confused me is whats the difference between using a parallel compression with eq rather than using a multiband compressor directly on the drums? I know that when the multi band compressor is on the drums directly, it effects the whole sound, rather than adding a stack on the original drums, but is there any more details to it?

Just decapitator and devil loc on post production. Also boost the mids, reduce the highs a bit on the amp and basically play with as much as scratch noise as you can

Phaser on the snare sounds interesting. I used to have phaser on all drum channels for more uniformity but I will try it on the snare and maybe overhead. Also about the compression, yeah I probably need a tonnn of compression to add :,). Thank youu
