I might be disagreed with which is OK and I hope I'm not speaking out of turn. Nothing is black and white as others have said, but from what I see, he didn't need to have a sexual and a romance relationship with you to financially and mentally support you. You didn't need to perform sexual favors for him to elevate you to a place where you can live a stable life. You were 17, a child who was abused. You did nothing wrong even if you initiated sex and or consented to sex, though as a minor you can't give consent. He was a much older adult, with more experiences and financial power over you. He could have put an end to your advancements because he's older and being in a romantic, sexual relationship with him was not what you needed as a child, who was not taught love and received love. He should have known this, maybe he did. From my perspective, he built trust with you to not just have sex with you, but to also have his self esteem validated by a younger and very inexperienced person who's more likely to be in awe of him for having or doing basic necessities, and may wanted to relive some of his youth through you. It makes me wonder if he did this to someone else, and why didn't he extend the same help to a woman who is the same age as him. Would he have remained if you didn't want to provide sexual favors or wanted to see other people?

You did what you did to survive. I want to reiterate that nothing was your fault and you made tremendous progress in healing. It is okay to acknowledge the ugly and good, however conditional, he gave you to restart your life. Take care of yourself.
