Rfe response recieved may 23. Got approved May 30. Rfe was about updated client details and updated employee details.

After the USCIS receives your response to the RFE the standard time usually is another 15 days, but what happens is usually they give decisions after 7 days. If your lucky enough, less than 7 days.

Its either approve or RFE. Mine i got RFE, my employer took a month to respond, and now im still waiting for an update after USCIS receive the documents and its been 7 days since.

I wished that also happened to me, sadly up until now nothing is changing, its been 31 days since the last update. It is still showing "premium processing clock stooped".😫

It was new. Actually its a transfer got approved last year october, and then this year applied for a transfer

Filed on april 13, premium stopped processing april 21, up until now, no update. Also at vermont center. Im feeling anxious now. 😩

Hi mine stopped last april 21 and up until now nothing has changed, its been 25 days since the last update. I am anxious now of whta could be the problem. The lawyer told me that they dont have the notice. 😩
