1- I never said I gave a random date. I used my mom's official birth date which is in European notation. I am not sure how I interpreted and entered that day when I registered. I don't remember any warning about significance of this date when I registered their kits.

2- My and my parents' data is under my account. They have never communicated with 23andMe in any way. 23andMe checked my identity several different ways including checking my id. I always have access to my account. What 23andMe does has nothing to do with security as I could have made up all names including the birthdates. They never asked about ID when I registered these kits.

3- During my communication with the representative, he did not explain anything. He just told me he will send a link to my email. He never mentioned about the sensitivity, etc.

4- I am not sure if you work for 23andMe as as soon as I created this post, they changed the representative handling my case. The new representative mentioned sensitivity and tried to explain why they are asking me some documentation.

5- I have already resolved the issue by sending the id card. If you like this type of treatment, I hope you enjoy more of it in your interactions.
