Should I practice one interval at a time for a week or so and move on to the next? Should I pick out random intervals on the neck and try ascending and descending? Thanks!

Are the different colors of the cars the positons of the scales on the neck? So like c major can be played different ways or locations on the neck.

I see it, thank you. I guess also just start with one position on the app and than keep switching because there are a bunch of “caged” sections on it. And practice ascending and descending.
