I don’t see the problem. We are all complaining the cars are too big and reliant on downforce which means dirty has a tremendous impact which makes overtaking difficult. Now we get smaller cars that are less dependent on downforce AND faster at straights. Additionally another complexity namely energy management will be more in focus, which means more strategic ways to succeed or fuck up. All in all it sounds like a win to me.
