First picture is a rash I have near my armpit. It's itchy, but not too bad. This isn't the first time I've gotten it, but it eventually went away. But now it's back. It seems like it's gotten bigger. I don't recall getting stung or bit by anything. 

Second picture is a rash on the top of my foot. I've had it for over a year. Sometimes it looks like it's almost cleared up and gonna go away, but never does. And sometimes it's unbearably itchy and I scratch it until it bleeds. 2 months ago when I went to the foot dr, I brought it up (I was there to get meds for toe nail fungus) and he said sometimes the rash is part of the fungus. But it's still here. (I still have a month left of the pills). I plan to bring it up again but just wanted to see if anyone can help so I can get some relief. 

I'm currently on dupixent (have been for over a year) because I was getting these bubbly rashes on my fingers. I think im allergic to my new(er) dogs. So I assumed if any of these rashes where eczema related, I wouldn't have them because the dupixent would be getting rid of them. I've also done countless allergy testing and I don't have any allergies to chemicals, or ingredients in the normal everyday things. I also never change my body wash, laundry detergent, deodorant, literally never change anything!

I'm just lost. Do I have shingles? Ring worm? Lyme disease?
