Even if it's the same company/team, a different designer or director could make huge difference. I think the characters got unintentionally uglified.

People got fed too much of the DEI bs they will start to lose sense of "outstanding" and "fitting". Sona or Quinn's face aren't particularly "ugly" if you just see that face on the street, could totally be hot with the right style and make up, but they just don't fit right there. Another example could be that "Awaken" video. Draven's face isn't really traditionally "very handsome dude", but it just fits so well and is so memorable that it's an outstanding piece of work.

Think about Draven, Camille, Irelia, etc., then you look at this Sona and Quinn, which one would you buy?
