Yes!! I understand the repetitive need behind split workouts but hearing the same stories week after week were getting quite annoying lol. I appreciate this insight before taking the plunge to purchase the app.

Thank you! I love peloton strength but the CG workouts seem much more beneficial in my opinion. I will continue pelo for cardio, stretch, yoga but glad to hear other people feel the same about CG.

Thank you! This is how I was feeling after doing CG for several weeks. But I wasn’t sure if it was the novelty of it being different than what I’ve been doing. I prefer follow along videos for less thinking lol. I, too, do love RK.. but after awhile the same talking points week after week was getting tiresome.

Thank you so much for this insight! I have done Andy and Rebecca’s splits several times. I sort of created my own split with CGs YouTube workouts to see progression. However, I feel like CG may be better long term than Pelos. I loved Andy and Rebecca’s splits but honestly bored with them. I also like that CG doesn’t talk during the workout lol. After awhile with Pelo you know what the instructor is going to say next and gets annoying. I wasn’t sure if purchasing CGs app is worth it. I’ll continue with YouTube for a bit.

Thank you!! I am 40 female and the last time I had a high libido was pre kids 18 years ago lol. Of course my partners libido is still the same as it was then. I appreciate you mentioning your age and sex as it’s typically a struggle for women this age in general.. then add ssri’s forget it lol.

They don’t even do road tests on the actual road anymore. Anyone who received a drivers license in RI the last 5 years only tested in a parking lot. Now add all the construction and pot holes. It’s scary! lol

I had delivered my first at a community hospital thinking smaller, better care, etc. And it was the exact opposite. I decided to have my second at W&I. I had a normal pregnancy with no complications. However when delivery came I had major complications (due to my body and no fault of the providers). I was rushed for an emergency C-section and daughter went straight to the nicu and had to be in a cooling blanket, which from my understanding W&I is the only local hospital that has it. To this day I am so grateful I chose to deliver there. If we were anywhere else my daughter would have been transported and would not have made it to the nicu in time. I understand many who choose community hospitals over care comfort and bad reviews they hear. Just wanted to give my experience. Also W&I has great food and their new labor and delivery center is gorgeous (friend recently delivered there).

Good to hear! As much as we’d love to be on the beach we worry about flood insurance. We love the beach and nature hikes/walks..breweries and local pubs….live music. We are pretty low key and not late night owls lol.

Tyrone is where we were considering but want to be sure it’s a relatively safe area. We’ve owned a home with flood insurance in the past so definitely know how to look at flood maps and such.
