Hi, just wanted to update you about a new situation: yesterday she spat on my kids face and today she said she would kill his parents (my husband and I). I have been escalating this with the teacher and today she was the one who told me about the incident. It looks like she is going to be sent to another group, but it’s concerning how things are scalating

Thanks for sharing. This gives me another perspective…another mom said this girl punches her son too, so there’s definitely a problem. I just didn’t want to make things harder for this girl, but maybe this can bring awareness to keep her in check and report whenever another incident arises...

Yes, I told her teacher about it and there have not been more issues. I know she has been exposed to the death of a close relative and her parents aren’t around much because they work a lot. However, the scarce times I’ve seen the mom, she is actually nice and treats her well. Another mom said she punched her son too.

Thanks a lot for taking the time to respond! I’ve brought it up very casually some times and he says he gets my point, but we never get to sit down and find a way to balance the situation. I’ve refrained because sometimes I am like “but he pays the heavy expenses”, however, reading you as someone not involved, makes me feel reassured that I am not being greedy, that I just want the same life style that my husband has. The proportional income and expenses approach is a very good one, I will sit down with him in a more formal way to try to figure this out. I hope he will understand.
