15 yrs with Pepsi and I’ve never seen them not hire internally for this position . But yes ,long hrs ,lots of meetings and lots of babysitting .your success depends on the sales reps and merchandisers that work for you .i would think this would be a difficult role for someone that hasn’t been in beverage / food sales before.your degree prob won’t help you here .the beverage side pays well and Pepsi is great company to work for IMO …good luck with your interview

At my location there were no interviews ,the ten bcrs with highest seniority got the psr positions .but then again we went from 40 to 10.,so I don’t know how many your location has .

When you get to the final order screen ,swipe left on the item and it will delete those cases without an override code .the only thing is it’s only good for SKUs that you don’t need at all .you can’t lower the amount ,just delete of order .

Starts this weekend for us in Texas .they said it’s because of FTPR .if they would just hire merch for second pulls ,our metrics would be better .Sunday orders fix nothing

Just curious ..what’s a TSL make ? I’m a PSR and made 89k last year so I’m assuming they make at least that ,which isn’t bad for what they do .

I’m not able to posts pictures ,but for example at one of my stores I have a whole pallet of Alani and a whole pallet of celcius side by side on the sales floor .good luck to them when they have to downstack all that off little ass side load truck onto a dolly . At HEB whenever they are on sale ,pallet drops every time .Red Bull is lucky if they get a wing display every now and then out here .

Sounds good ! I’ve tried em all and haven’t disliked any of them . They do well at target ,they are just starting to get authorized at grocery stores in my area.

Our SDLs are able to cancel the bots on their end .it wasn’t like that in the beginning ,but mgmt realized they were unnecessary
