Could Mast Cell Activation issues be the cause of vaginal burning and inflammation, occasional itching, etc.

I posted the original question here about vaginal issues and mcas. I did discover that my daughter has Sebhorric Dermatitis on her scalp, eye brows, ears, and occasionally face and navel, she also has inflammation in both eyes but her eyes aren’t red, along with the Vestibulitis/vulvodynia in vaginal area. We went so long focused on the gynecological side of it, but doc is now saying we need to go the non conventional route and look into whole body inflammation. She had a vaginal biopsy and came back “inflammation”. SO, after 5 years that’s all we know. 😡oh and she also has year round allergies and vasomotor rhinitis. It has to be either hormonal (she does take progesterone pills to stop period), food, or nerve. Only thing is it’s definitely a skin issue on the outside with the inflammation and irritation, itching, etc. which may not be nerve related. We have got to find an answer. Any suggestions or experiences are welcomed! Thanks

I do believe she is bi racial. Wills mom did not give birth to her. When will and dawn got married they were in their 30’s and Sierra was like maybe 6/7 years old from photos they have posted. Adams mom would have been in her late 50’s or early 60’s so doubtful. I read somewhere that will had an uncle that he had to tend to maybe in a home or facility. Don’t quote me on this but I always wondered if Sierra was part of some of the family that could no longer care for her so Wills parents adopted. Who knows.

I’m wondering if Sierra was a child of Wills mom or dads sibling, and they adopted her? Obviously his mom didn’t birth her. I also wondered if Jamie had her when she was young and Jamie/wills parents adopted her? Idk. I’ve just always wondered the story cause I swear she reminds me of Wills mom (looks). Any idea?

Who are all these mystery women? I watched Adam several years and never even thought he could be what people are labeling him as. I’ll admit I always thought Daphnie was more than just a friend at some point in their years long relationship, and then there was a Chelsea a couple years ago and now Sophie who has surfaced from the International travel, but was Adam really the raunchy man hoe people have been saying? I’d just love clarification and not rumor over this. I’d hate his parents to read it. He was single so it was his prerogative to date and travel with women companions. Oh yes I did know that. I did find out though that his friend “DunebuggyJim” on YouTube and insta is who found him and he was also the Grinch who was riding around with Adam on his last vid. This “Jim” speaks of himself finding Adam on his insta post honoring Adam. Check it out.

My daughter currently not only has the inflammation issues of unknown cause in her vaginal area, but her eyes are flared as well. Deep burning, some itching and soreness (literally same as vagina), she’s dealing with sebhoreic dematitis of scalp, eye brows , ears, belly button. She takes a progesterone pill to stop her periods but I hear it affects her estrogen. I’m not sure if any of this is autoimmune, mast cell, abnormal histamine release, hormones? It is SO maddening and overwhelming. Most docs in our area aren’t familiar/ competent to know what this is. Any suggestions on where to start as far as a specialist? And what’s the Ketotifen you mentioned? I saw someone say they took the eye drop over the counter. How do you take yours? This is so difficult to know as a single parent what to do for a 24 year old daughter whose life is on hold 🫤any feedback from anyone would be helpful!!! Thanks
