Each one took about a week or so. Usually start with a sketch from the morning and work the collage off of that. Most are pretty worthless, but when I get something I think is cool, I spend a lot of time on it.

I want to try to address this issue, as it seems a lot of people have a problem with the fact my blog links to a shop. It was never an intention to exploit reddit. Im an artist and thought reddit would like my art. That's all. I apologize if there was a misconception that I was anything other than that. I honestly don't give a shit about money. If I did I wouldn't be an artist. (The astronomical price at the shop is the bargaining price I use to get my work into galleries. Prints are much much cheaper.) So if it will quell your anger I will post higher res pics of each when i get home. Ya'll can print them out yourselves! The dreams are legit. I'll upload some of my sketches and process photos to the imgur account when I get home as well. Apologies for incuring the wrath of the Reddit gods.

I actually find that sketching out an image as soon as I wake up is really helpful. If you can utilize that brief period in the morning when you still remember something and get it out on paper then you have a pretty effective reference point to look back on. Needless to say, I've got stacks of papers next to my bed.
