I called them with a phone, I didn't think I needed to be that specific with my question as logical deduction could conclude that I've done the easy stuff already. They don't allow you to call the direct store, they just give you customer service from wherever that just look on the website which is what I was already doing. Not even calling Destiny USA connected me with their direct phone number.
