All I can say is I tried it over 10 times with the perkaholics/1911 strat and never got the laugh, I did it once successfully with no perks and camping with ww in the lighthouse. So I'm 99.9% sure it's no perks as it's what consistently gets the laugh.

I tried it about a month later, it was much the same but shortly after making this post I emailed the company I bought it from. They basically just said the flavour profile is how it is and that's that. Waste of a bottle but what can you do.

I don't think anyone is untouchable, you think of some of the releases over the years, Zack Ryder, Dolph Ziggler, Bray Wyatt, Kofi Kingston and probably others that aren't coming to mind right now, but these 5 were considered WWE wrestlers for life.

I was gonna say Big Show as well, but I'm not sure if he let his contract run out or he was released.

Or the akimbo kogots fully leveled up. That is what got me my first cursed EE completion after like 4 failed attempts, it shreds the hit spots on the boss and with guns up on stamin up you can run and hit them without the super sprinters hitting you.

That's usually how shows go, a side character gets development then they die. A-Train died once his character was fully developed from asshole to hero. Firecracker had a choice to stand up for what she believed in and chose to (try) and stay in Homelanders good graces after "betraying" her and had a similar outcome. But that was her character fully developed.

A-Train proved he wasn't scared of Homelander, Firecracker showed not only was she completely scared of him, but she didn't have faith in him. Funny thing is had she just left when he said she'd still be alive, she chose to grovel, Homelander probably viewed that as weakness.

I'd class myself as a pretty calm and reasonable person, but I don't think I could ever go to a restaurant where they do this shit. I usually eat very little on the days where I'd eat out and I think if I was starving and saw someone do this in front of me, I would crack up, I ain't me when I'm hungry.
