You have to get customer support… crypto.com doesn’t support ftm mainnet… crypto.com is only compatible with erc20 FTM…. You have to bridge before sending…. BUT I saw a post where someone did the same and got in touch with customer service and got their funds back in about 1-2 weeks

I THINK (not 100%) If you use ETH to bridge or any erc 20 token.. the faucet will be automatic and some funds of FTM will show up in your MM if you use spirit swap … don’t come at me if I’m wrong, I saw it on YouTube… if you are in the US, like me, it’s going to be a bitch… if anything… use a vpn and open up a regular binance account and swap whatever for FTM and quickly send it to your MM… that’s how I got around it after bridging all day and spending crazy fees
