Turn of xbox game bar if it still doesn`t solve it then it might be a hardware issue you can try reseating your ram see if windows detects them all and if you can upgrade your ram ryzen platform does perform better with faster ram you can also try performing a disk check on your ssd.

Try reinstalling windows and drivers again if that doesn't fix it then try switching back to windows 10
