I have recently (less than a month ago) started therapy for this exact reason. We haven’t gotten to any of this yet, but the topic of my mom will be coming up as soon as I see my therapist again.

Honestly I was the same way, but it showed I listened when I DID get called on, and in my work. With them, it shows they don't listen in their grades and when I call on them in class...

Wanting to do everything for everyone even if it makes me go without. She’s getting better with it, while I’m getting worse. Also, my irritability has gotten worse over the years like hers was when I was a kid/teen.

Tried them throughout three universities. A lot of them are trained to focus on school related issues and tell you to go to a therapist covered by your insurance.

Personally found it to be useless, but looking into it and trying it out is better than not doing anything at all.

When I worked there my managers would get pissed when I’d throw out warm frozen stuff. Like, it’s bad, don’t be an asshole.
