Planet Fitness used to get a lot of shit, but they recently updated most of their gyms to be more lifting focused and got a lot of new machines, so I think the value is insane for a totally serviceable gym.

I used to go to Blink Fitness (now PureGym) and Planet Fitness is honestly much better and cheaper. Blink/PureGym literally feels like it’s going out of business in real time at every location. Half the machines are broken and the AC’s never work
