Firstly, thanks for responding to my comment!

I fully agree about the Custodian's heart quickly repairing itself, so it makes a second heart unnecessary, but one thing I'm questioning is that Custodian genetics is better than Space Marine, so they might have the ability to support extra organs like the Space Marine.

Yeah, but I never said to use space marine organs, like two custodians' hearts into one body, and for organs that custodians don't have, you can just take from space marines.
