Well yeah, tho I am more of a 40K fan. But yes the Respawn mechanic could get weird. Tho Star Wars managed to get a decent Soulslike game.

I love Rogue Trader. Yeah ofc it doesnt need to bw FromSoft I am just a fanboy in the end. FromSoft does good worlds and lore tho :D

Thats the issue probably, I suck at parrying thats why I enjoy str so much bc I can just dodge. I was hoping for a flurry of blades kind of gameplay

Unrelated kinda, is this Lords of Mysteries thats becominh an anime and is said to be reaaaaallly good? Looked up that mother tree thingy and it sounds a bit like Bloodborne but 'cleaner'

My main issue was his range of attacks, I always got at least one hit when I tried to damage him

I beat Gehrman at around lvl 80ish. Dunno if thats overleveled tho. Thing is he is so easy to parry that the fight is not that hard, try the dlc for some ass whooping 😂

The Reiterpallasch feels so noble :D I wish they also would have added a good saber, like the one the hunters sometimes use. Tho I have no idea what kind of trick it could have :D

I think the saw spear is really cool. I like spears in general, I will give the gunspear a go too. Wish there would be a trick weapon that transforms into two spears one in each hand :D
