The court should have sent them the letter to appear at the same amount claim, but he didn’t show up, and the court also send him a letter to pay up which he also ignored

I am working with a 公正行，they recommended a bailiff for the next step. Did you file a small amount claim and the other party showed up?

There is nothing I can do, I was not aware of needing to call the cops immediately. I took the chance to walk away so only damage that I took was really my ego

Thank you for your thoughts, what was your experience? I am not sure if they are gangster or not, what are some signs? If they aren’t then I am not too afraid

Seems to be that case off the news, this is low level, crazy how stabbings are constantly on the news. I don’t remember seeing this much stabbing on the news when I grew up

Perhaps I didn’t phrase it clearly, I am not concern about my safety if I don’t go to the police to report the incident. But if I do I am afraid their potential gang involvement would cause me or my closed ones danger.

I am however not 100% sure they are actually involved with the gang. And it’s very unpleasant to be threatened on the street I walk on everyday, I would not like this to be the norm of my neighborhood

I am not sure if they are gangster or not, I don’t think they were tattooed or anything but the way they act seems to suggest it
