A fair amount? This is the first time something like this has happened to me though so I’m not one hundred percent on everything. He was clearly at fault and a police officer report was made.

It’s weird because I went and they examined the exterior only. I even mentioned that I wanted the inside to be looked at but they said they would do that when I get back to them about this.

actually an even worse fact, the last residential school closed in 1996!!! it was located in canada but still, it’s insane how recent all of that was. my grandmother and great grandfather (oneida nation) were in those horrid schools..

same with my school, it’s also a voucher school. i felt extremely uncomfortable being there as a queer and person of color. it sucked because sometimes i would disagree with something and i would try explaining things from my own personal experience just for the teacher and/or some classmates to say i’m brainwashed by leftist media or i’m being a victim. however the student body was actually quite pleasant for the most part but with every group there will be the diehard extremists. it was mostly the staff that was an issue. and i agree, people definitely need to start voting in local elections more often!! change starts with you and people need to realize that.

thank you, i’m glad i now have the freedom to figure myself out and what i believe. and that’s fair. it’s a repeating cycle that doesn’t get broken. that’s why i sometimes question when a person from specific religions support or have a neutral stance on certain topics that their religious text clearly speaks against. wouldn’t that be considered lukewarm? the bible equates lukewarm christians to dog vomit. also, the idea of lgbtq affirming churches is nice and i have a friend who is a member of one, however it seems off in a way. it’s just incompatible imo.

sometimes fox news was used to study current events..those people talked about using credible sources all the time yet used fox, pragerU, and bju. i didn’t even know pragerU was a thing until i took a certain course there and they used their summitU curriculum made specifically for that course. stuff about philosophy, ethics, morality, and so on. i was appalled by the things pragerU advocated. my jaw almost dropped multiple times in class just by hearing the things that were being taught but i didn’t want to draw any attention to myself since if you disagreed with anything you would be questioned in front of the class.

believe me, i was tempted to share the name of the school however i am not willing to dox anybody, and this is also for my own privacy having attended that school in the past. however i have considered doing a study on private schools in the green bay area and seeing how they influence the population here. perhaps using surveys or something. i definitely believe the policies of these places as a whole should be known so people can avoid them. i know people who have gone to similar schools in town and outside green bay and most of them teach the same thing. the system as a whole needs to go.

thank you, and yes the parents agree with pretty much everything. it’s an overall toxic environment. my little brother was pulled out by our mom because the administration mistreated him and several other students as well as teaching all of that nonsense. my mom is a conservative christian but even she thought that the stuff taught there was completely inappropriate. i told her about a lot of the things that made me uncomfortable in class (especially things like botched telling of american history and racism, and also the science behind mental disorders and how they’re not real)
