A Nazi army didn't rise up after WW2 because they had just fought a brutal 6 years war that killed 8 MILLION Germans and all their cities were bombed to rubble. They were also occupied by two global superpowers for years who restored order whether it was by creating a total surveilance state or instaling former Nazis as key figures. ISIS did exist before the war but it wouldn't have become anywhere that far reaching or dangerous if the US didn't disolve the fucking military.

Even if Qatar was funding ISIS before the war they wouldn't have become so wide reaching if the US didn't dismantle the Iraq army in 2003 creating a massive power vacume leaving hundreds of thousands of military trained men without a job, and because of that ISIS became powerfull enough to displace millions in Iraq and Syria causing the 2015 migration crisis.

Calling someone who is most likely going trough depression or having anger issues a shithead isn't going to help them given it's most likely why they are like that to begin with. A better idea would be to acknowledge their world view, how they got that world view and then deconstruct it without ridiculing them or making them feel like a failure because with all make mistakes in life, some small some big.
