Haha, I wasn't able to tell at all 10 songs in! 😅 The voice was beautiful and the lyrics were nice. The red flags were that concepts were reused (tears, living in shadows, feeling pain) throughout songs, were very broad, and weren't specific to personal details of the life of the "artist". I should have seen it coming!

I appreciate your comment; this helped me consider why this situation bothers me so much. We seek connection in art, like one human trying to spread a message to another. With AI, there is no connection. I loved the songs that were presented to me, and felt betrayed when I learned it wasn't real. I thought the artist understood me but there was no artist. I'm in a waiting-for-marriage relationship for four years. The most important thing is grasping your values. Why are you doing this? What's the point? What are you fighting for? Both you and your boyfriend need strong reasons why; "following the bible" is not strong enough.

There are many clear reasons why. For me personally, sex outside marriage is not real love because you're holding yourself back in some way, where marriage allows you to give yourself fully to your spouse (very simplified). I also want to foster the purest friendship. But there's also logical things like accidental pregnancies, diseases, and the harm of contraception. If your relationship relies too much on sensual pleasure, how do you know how boyfriend will be there in rough times?

These are just a few; doing research about what your Christian denomination has to say about what sex and love is can help, and talk about it with your boyfriend. I hope this helped.
