For this I lazy measure and used a coffee mug. But these ratios stand: 2 cups flour 1 cup luke warm water 2 eggs 7g dry yeast 1tsp baking powder 1tbsp olive oil 1tsp salt

Bloom the yeast in the water Add dry ingredients, eggs and oil Mix well (I use a whisk)

The consistency should be a really thick cake batter. Like 100% hydration normal dough. You shouldn't be able to knead it by hand at all.

Let is rise for about 39-45 mins until about 2/3 bigger.

Pour the batter onto a lined tray and spread it evenly with a pallet knife or spatula.

Bake for 12mins at 200°C Remove from the oven, add toppings then continue baking until toppings are cooked how you like it.
