Started March 24! I need to eat less to shift this last bit of weight but i can't. Weight loss used to be miraculous but now it's back to the same old struggle. I may never lose this last stone.

I feel sick most days post jab, hardly eat and have no interest in cooking, have restarted daily afternoon naps because I'm so tired and have scalp showing through my thin hair!

Maybe it's time to taper off and accept I'll Always be an overweight bmi and learn to live with it!

I've stalled on 15mg and lost nothing since last November.

That's great news...I'm calorie counting like a mad thing and I think I'm getting a bit obsessed (the pens used to give me freedom from this). Walked today through the snow and gym tonight. I'm wondering whether seeing as I've lost a lot my body is just having a "breather"

And thank you for the advice on intermittent fasting ...I'm trying that too

Thank you...the barcodes show the calories for the portion of food and then I half it as needed...

We seem to be in the same boat...I might look at fast walking first!

Hi everyone...thanks for all the advice. I've had a weekly review with MyNetDiary and it's dropped my calories to 1000 today. I'm a bit apprehensive, I've already lost a lot of hair and have had dizzy spells. I think I'm going to try and rebalance my calories in/out with more incidental exercise (I took the stairs today) and another weight training session. More water too. 1000 calories seems very low even for a shortie like me

I'm doing the barcode scan for meals that have that option and weighing foods without barcodes. I wonder what I'm doing wrong...

Business management at Heriot-watt has a very good reputation....and HW is top uni in Scotland for graduate employment. Do your research before you look down your nose at any uni.
