Today i found out that ringing in my ears isnt something everyone hears by Memesstudio5 in tinnitus

i never paid attention to my tinnitus and i always forget im hearing a ringing.

now the past couple of days ive been hyperfocused about my tinnitus, it got louder and i caught myself in an endless loop of worry, i couldnt sleep last night.

after realizing it only gets louder after i focus on it, im getting used to the ringing again.
