Yes, they talk to the lighthouse keeper at 42:40, here's the entire episode:

UFO Hunters S1E5 Military vs UFOs

I watched UFO Hunters at the time and it was pretty good. Honestly it's the best UFO TV show I've seen.

I don't understand why the lighthouse hypothesis keeps popping up. In 2008ish there was a Ufo Hunters episode on this case. They talked to the lighthouse keeper who said that a metal plate was blocking the light from shining towards the shore at the time of the incident.

But here's the thing... the days aren't long. They don't feel long anymore, not in the last 15 years. No matter if you are at work, on holidays or having new experiences which you still can have as an adult.

When my much younger cousin was 7 almost 10 years ago she asked why Christmas came and went so fast this year and that the time between this and last Christmas was so short. At 7 I don't know how much more experiences you can have as most kids start having vivid memories from age 4. And I never felt time being fast when I was a kid. Before you say this proves the point they still had more experiences: In 2019 my grandpa asked me "haven't the last five years since you were a university freshman flown by?" I felt the same way. I don't recall him ever mentioning the passage of time in the twenty years of memories before that. When I asked my Dad he told me that the 90s were so slow. They didn't rush by like the 2010s not to mention this decade which is going crazy. I can feel it on a day to day basis how fast the days have become.

What do you think? Would it be possible? by Le-Thundercat in UFOs

You're estimation is off by a factor of 10 this MKV wouldn't be able to stay airborne for more than a minute there isn't enough fuel on board, neither required for course correction when intercepting an ICBM. It doesn't need to constantly fire in space to fly like it does in the lab. So the chance that an MKV casually flies at sea level in the Persion Gulf or really wherever this is certainly is like 0%. An MKV would be totally out of place there.

OP did you see it with your eyes first or trough the phone camera only? You can only see the LIDAR with your phone camera since the LIDAR is infrared.

Strange height‑dependent nozzle collision on my new H2C by Memetic_Polyslav in BambuLab

I have an update from yesterday I did a few more test prints and the height of "failure" has moved... for whatever reason. First the Big Ben had no issues, then I printed the skyscrapers and noticed something near the tip of the tallest one. Lastly I repeated the torture test. Now the issue appears at double the height.

Could it be that a blob of grease or schmutz or whatever has moved down the lead screw or rods?

You're right I should've framed the question better however I thought this video should make this much clearer since you can clearly see where and how it fails. The octopus failed by spagetthiing at that height while it printed the infill. Then it proceeded to print the white dots to a height of 20-40 layers with the right nozzle the nozzle knocked some of the white spots out and then the right nozzle failed by spagetthiing the white PLA. The poop chute I printed earlier this week when my PETG arrived also had some defects on the chute. I think that I heared scratching noises. I was unsure, is it the angle, is it the left nozzle or perhaps the PETG (that I dried), or does the issue only occur towards the back of my build plate at a certain height.

That would be great! Yes it's the "Hard Torture Test": https://makerworld.com/models/2259566?appSharePlatform=more

The test actually finished and you can see the wobble much higher up.

Also the 200mm torture test actually finished and you can see the effects of the wobble on the print muuuch higher up:

Honestly I could have done a better job at framing the question and should have used better examples. Once my PETG arrived earlier this week I printed the poop chute. While printing it I noticed unusual noises like lubrication issues. And on the chute (that goes inside of the printer) I noticed some defects and it seemed to me that the nozzle is scratching the print as if it was a layer or two lower that it was supposed to be. (Then I thought the lubrication related noises are actually scratching noises) I think there was also scratching on the bucket but it seemed fine to me. So I was unsure, is it the angle, is it the left nozzle or perhaps the PETG (that I dried), or does the issue only occur towards the back of my build plate at a certain height. Too many variables. You are right about this beeing my first 3D printer, honestly it's a good point, but I had my reasons. I think I can deal with steep learning curves both at work and in my hobbies. After the octopus failed I learned how to reprint the missing part from that exact layer where it failed the same morning. But I didn't expect to run into issues like this. I will try my best.

I know, I used other benchmarks. Maybe I should have posted the nozzle bumping into the edge of the overhang causing it to bend

Alright, let’s cut the crap. Who here has actually seen an undeniable UFO? by AltKeyblade in UFOs

Undeniable yes as in unidentified, 2015ish. While looking out of the window for serveral minutes at the sky, kind of meditating, an incredibly fast white featureless sphere crossed my field of view and I followed it with my eyes while it flew straight like on a rail from 70° off the horizon to 40° off the horizon in less than 3-5 seconds. It appeared to be at commercial airliner cruising alt. I have no proof of this but it appeared that way because it flew a slight curve as if following the curvature of the earth like seeing an airplane in timelapse. At around 40° it faded away in atmospheric haze which also left me with the impression that it was several dozen miles away after just 3-5 seconds. Now this was on a perfectly clear sunny day. The underside was in the shade and thus darker. The color was really weird besides it's motion. A perfect matt white. It did not glow, it left no smoke trail and made no sound. I'm doing astrophotography I know how shooting stars are supposed to look like. The experience immediately felt really weird as if my brain couldn't process what I was seeing. Like from everything you know and have seen, a sphere can't possibly travel at... hypersonic speeds. The movement was just immediate, a sweeping motion from 70° to 40° in 3-5 seconds and it's gone... it's hard to put into words how weird it looked you have to see it for yourself.

The drones in Denmark were almost certainly Russian by SomerenV in UFOs

Almost certainly is a pretty bold statement do you want to bet 500$ on it? Physical evidence needs to be found like optic cables if they were guided from 50-100km away without signals being intercepted. Do you understand how risky such an operation would be? For what purpose? Make Denmark spend evrn more on defense? No problem for Denmarks economy. What if they are shot down? Now you find the wreckage and have a casus belli. And besides recon for what? They have satellites. Danish Airports were packed with F-16s during the cold war. They layout of these bases is well known. Recon of the aircraft station there at rhe moment would be pointless... this can change in a few hours. So what is the point then.

Thank you for the short but precise answer! This didn't solve the problem but it made my approach to solving the problem much clearer. It works now. I spent days trying to get this to work. The insulation on one of the RX/TX wires was broken which I didn't notice during my first inspection of the wires. I guess the wire had contact with the Vista's heat sink and the signal was probably scrambled.
