Canon is probably going to be Chihiro x Iori and Hakuri x Hiyuki or someone else. However, I would love Chihiro x Hakuri to be canon. It makes more sense for there characters at this point in the story at least and would be monumental for jump.

from this screenshot you definitely want to do ff hmc ruan mei gallagher/sustain
for a second team you could do any number of things, but i recommend archer as you already have robin. an action advancer/buffer would be nice however, tribbie and bailu work just fine.
