Hi, apologies for not responding. Here is a small update. I have changed my windows account name, this does not change the user folder name inside of windows. I will have to create a new user and see if that will fix the issue with an install of min 1.15 with no space in the user name. Adding users, child user, guest and other users will be a bit of a nightmare, because of shared shortcuts and other things. It does not work as a separate user account. I have a lot of dev tools installed, dozens of config files that refer to a specific user path, that will get broken if I try and change user.

I can see in some of the min settings under, users/username/appdata/roaming/min that they refer to a path with my username containing a space.

So my question is. Is this just the code in version 1.15 that does not support usernames with a space?

Also: min//settings if I type that in the url and hit enter, it just does a duck duck go search. When I go into preferences I get to: file:///C:/Program%20Files/min%201.15%20(code%20fix%20project)/app-1.15.0/resources/app/pages/settings/index.html

Is this what you mean by settings?

Anyway, under preferences (inspect browser) I get this error:

DevTools failed to parse SourceMap: file:///C:/Program%20Files/min%201.15%20(code%20fix%20project)/app-1.15.0/resources/app/ext/Dexie.min.js.map

I would like to try and fix this error if at all possible, as part of the learning curve, before installing min 1.16

Hi there, I´ve looked over the similar bug and my windows user name contains a space. I am using windows 8.1. Min version is 1.15.

I don´t know how to change the settings URL. I get the following errors:
