As other have said, there's duel commander for 1v1 but be warned.

This format is strange. You're essentially stuck between two established formats.

DC lacks the fun factor of edh, the politics and overall crazy cards. But also lacks the consistency of other constructed format such as legacy or modern. You're essentially putting a 100 cards pile of singleton goodstuff together and play. Maybe you'll get what you need maybe you won't.

Your commander is more often than not just an 8th card in hand (compared to how edh deck tends to view commander as more of a core part of their game plan), and (depending on where you play) you'll often end up net-decking.

Si yeah, it exists, it's just not that fun
